This article fails to give any details on how the TSA proposes to carry out this massive undertaking. The TSA has jurisdiction and enforcement authority at public transportation facilities only, not private property! Under present law they would be not only in violation of the Constitution but also countless state laws prohibiting such acts. Unless I'm missing something here, it would take congressional approval to even start the ball rolling in that direction more less carrying it out. If indeed this article is claiming that the rule of law no longer exists in the United States I'm going to have to see more proof than this article
