Under the current circumstances, any PR firm would have a hefty task ahead of them rebranding the brand of Russell Brand from his current rape brand, which he seems to have cultivated over the years.
Russell Brand is of course not the first one who has utilised religion for their own purposes, and his foray into Christianity is a study of such a process where hiding behind or adopting something that is supposedly “good” will admonish and cleanse their past deeds. Indeed, Christianity is a wondrous religion where a “sinner” can repent their sins, be fully excused by “God” or “Jesus”, then carry on doing the same sins before the next confession or moment of repentence.
“It’s a great system, mate. I do what I want, commit great evil deeds, repent, am forgiven by God, then go back to committing the great evils as before. Repeat ad infinitum,” one good Christian fellow revealed.
Russell Brand will never recover from this. https://t.co/70I55qHo7F

Rebranding Brand will thus be an enormous task, even for God at this point. Let’s listen to the victims who spoke up about this alleged rapist, who had his way with many women, allegedly without their consent. The thing about wanting to fuck 5,000 women, as Brand allegedly said, is that there will be some who do not appreciate being fucked, one way or another, and are against such things in the first place. Some women resent men for fucking them; some women like to be fucked. Such is the lottery of fucking.
The main trouble with Brand is that he attained his zenith in the late 90s and early 2000s. In his mindset, he was doing what was normal practice in the 60s, 70s and 80s. In those days men, and particularly celebrities, could get away with fucking with relative ease, and in those days many got away with a lot of stuff. Indeed, there was no mass media like the internet, CCTV everywhere, tracking, and social media surveillance, so it was way easier for public figures to get their end away with as many girls as possible. Groupies also knew their place and were generally submissive and appreciative of the attention from celebrities.
The late 90s and 2000s were the death knell for all of that stuff. The internet is everywhere. Once something goes on the internet — that’s it. Forever it will stay, either a stain or a round of applause, is what graces the internet and is a final sentence for many. Fifth wave feminism was also a catalyst for many of the subsequent changes.
Will Jesus save Russell Brand? Let us look at the facts. The words of the victims of Russell Brand are echoing across the internet and the world right now, and those words are damning. In this case, it seems that an example will have to be made with Brand to some extent. There are probably many more aggrieved female victims, and if this is the case, they should all come out and report their experiences as well. Rape is a terrible thing to experience.
There is, however, good news for Brandy Wandy. Labour are emptying all the prisons of all rapists and paedophiles, so when Brand is sentenced he might get a tiny sentence and be out in less than a week. Either way, rebranding Brand will be quite a task for anyone, and flouting the fake religion stuff is really not helping either.
