A new leaflet being distributed to illegal immigrants who are essentially economic migrants from third-world countries tries to tentatively explain that to have sex with a woman in the UK, consent is required. Grabbing women in public parks and doing the dirty on them in the bushes is not acceptable behaviour, although it may be in the shit-hole country the illegal migrant came from.
