During an announcement declaring how much the EU protects “free speech”, Ursula von der Leyen watched calmly as a man was arrested for protesting, and exercising his right to free speech in the EU.

This obviously goes down as a “beyond satire” moment.

Nothing else can really be said about this … apart from who is following who?

Is the UK following the EU or is it the other way around regarding “free speech” which is now practically banned in both Europe and the UK.
