OTTOWA - Canada - Along with a trade war, American president Donald Trump has now also banned the word "Canada" from use.
It’s not just a trade war; this time it is a word war. The name of the country “Canada” has been banned for usage in all American media, dictionaries, books and movies. Trump has even revealed that actually saying the word “Canada” out loud is banned, and anyone heard uttering the word could be arrested, fined or even shot.
“Anyone who says that word for that place will be arrested and fined, and I told the cops they can shoot if the person keeps repeating it. Dang, I’d rather hear the word “China” than that word describing that place where they have mooses. What’s the plural for moose? Meese? Mooses? Shit, I dunno, and frankly I’m gonna ban those too. Any moose I see is open season!” Trump declared on his latest Truth Social post dated 9th September.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney responded to the latest Trump assault with a blank stare and silence.
