Amy Winehouse to have Muzzle Surgically Fitted

The troubled singer has moved into the posh, private Veterinary Clinic where she stayed after biting a female fan last week, she will have a muzzle fitted permanently to her face.

Amy Winehouse is living there full-time so she can be monitored in her cage by vets round the clock.

A spokesman for the Back To Black star said vets were testing different combinations of drugs to see which have the best effect on her biting problems.

"Several people have been bitten by the insane star after they refused to give her alcoholic drinks and crack cocaine. She usually bites down very hard with the only remaining teeth she has -- which is about four. Most of the time the gummy bites are harmless but sometimes the bite might include a tooth and that's why we've decided to muzzle her," Chief Veterinarian, Rodrigue Valasquez, told the local Hadley Wood paper.

Her dad Mitch said: “Many of us feared it would get to this point. She's got leaky tits as well from a botched boob job, so they're trying to fix that as well.

“At first we thought it was a bit harsh but she bit into my shin after I berated her for leaking her silicon tit juice into my soup at the Ivy. But, arguably, it’s the best place for her to be as she continues her recovery. They keep her in a cage and try to control her gnashing teeth with drugs and cattle prods.”

A spokesman for the Rehab singer confirmed she was in the animal hospital getting a muzzle surgically fitted to her face and said it was for the common good.

He said: “Amy unfortunately has no control over herself and the measures that are being taken are for her own good. She will have the mask on at all times to protect the public but will still be able to be fed by her minder through a straw and specially cut morsels of food.”

But locals fear the muzzle will not stop her from snorting her cocaine, heroin, vodka, pcp cocktails through her nostrils with a long straw.
